Although SKS AG has only had limited contact with artificial intelligence so far, the management recognized the great potential for its production processes and wanted to learn more about the possible applications for their family business. the aim of the workshop was to gain a sound understanding of AI and to identify concrete fields of application for the different areas of the company in order to take the first strategic steps towards AI.
"The workshop with CorpIn made the black box easier for us to understand and inspired us to take our first concrete steps towards AI. We particularly liked the practical and individual approach to our needs."
Roger Zweifel
Member of the Executive Board & Head of Production Technology
The workshop was tailored precisely to the needs of SKS AG, with our team analyzing the company's existing IT infrastructure and internal systems in advance. On this basis, we identified and discussed realistic areas of application and recommendations for action across several divisions of SKS AG.
Introduction to the technology, its possibilities and prompting techniques
Discussion of AI for dashboards, financial accounting and marketing
Demonstrate how AI contributes to knowledge storage and access.
AI for supply chain management, quality control & predictive maintenance
Examples of artificial intelligence applications in toolmaking
Identifying ethical challenges and responsible use
We held the three-hour workshop with the six members of the Executive Board in the inspiring atmosphere of Fischingen Abbey. A specific application was presented for each of the topics covered. These demos impressively showed how artificial intelligence can already optimize processes today and made the technology more tangible and understandable for the participants.
The workshop helped SKS AG to form a solid understanding of the possibilities of artificial intelligence. It provided a sound basis for making initial strategic decisions in the direction of AI, particularly through concrete application potential in the areas of production, administration and toolmaking. With this inspiration and clarity about the technology, SKS AG is now ideally equipped for the next challenges.
