Nicolas has over seven years of experience in marketing and video production and is the founder of Pro Motion GbR in southern Germany. As CEO, he has a deep understanding of strategic corporate management and customer orientation.
He is the creative mind that feeds our company with so many ideas that even our lunch break sometimes becomes an idea break.
Co-Founder & CMO
Franco is a marketing specialist and has extensive knowledge of design and conception. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the HSG and has valuable experience in sales and marketing. His creative approach and flair for trends contribute significantly to our brand positioning.
His ideas are as refreshing as a dip in the pool on a hot summer's day.
Data Scientist
Mit seiner Erfahrung in Data Engineering und Retrieval-Augmented Generation unterstützt Luka unsere Kunden als Data Scientist. Seine multidisziplinäre Herangehensweise verbindet Technologie und Business für passgenaue Lösungen. Zudem promoviert er derzeit in Computer Science an der Universität St. Gallen.
Seine Analysen sind so präzise wie die Zahnräder eines Schweizer Uhrwerks.

Julianus is a specialist in AI. This is due to his studies in Artificial Intelligence, which he completed at Radboud University. His technical expertise and innovative strength enable us to promote tailor-made and human-centered AI solutions and consulting with our customers.
He ensures that our AI workshops are as human-centered as a cosy evening in front of the fireplace.

Samuel verfügt über umfassende Expertise im Bereich Finance und Buchhaltung und ist ebenfalls Student an der Universität St. Gallen. Bei uns ist er zuständig für eine solide Finanzstrategie und eine effiziente Ressourcenverwaltung, um nachhaltiges Wachstum sicherzustellen.
Zudem stellt Samuel sicher, dass unsere Ausgaben für Kaffee nicht das Budget sprengen.
Software Architect
Lukas ist Software Architect mit einem Master in Computer Science von der Universität St. Gallen. Mit echtem Know-how in der Softwareentwicklung entwirft er robuste und effiziente Architekturen, die perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.
Mit Lukas wird eine technische Herausforderung zum lösbaren Puzzle.
