Auto Lang AG therefore wanted to check the validity and quality of its customer data in order to be able to tackle future digitalization projects in a targeted manner. A particular focus was placed on the introduction of a new CRM system, which was to be based on a clean and reliable database in order to achieve the greatest possible added value. The aim was to analyze the existing data, identify potential for improvement and define sustainable standards for data management.
