Smart Factory Navigator faced the challenge of professionalizing its sales and marketing process in order to bring industrial companies and solution providers together on its digital platform. There was no formalized system for approaching customers and existing contacts were not systematically organized. In addition, the specific target group required a more targeted approach in order to gain access to potential customers.

In order to structure the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, we developed a clear and transparent pipeline with various phases. The introduction of HubSpot as a central CRM system made it possible to map this process and systematically import all existing customer data. Using AI-based analysis tools, we identified new leads that perfectly matched SFN's target group and expanded the existing, sometimes incomplete, customer data with additional information.
With a clean CRM system and complete customer data as a basis, we were able to take the next step. In order to reach as many potential customers as possible, our team designed, tested and implemented targeted email campaigns via the new CRM system. With these tools, repeatable processes could be automated, increasing both the efficiency and success rate of sales activities. Thanks to the new sales pipeline, Smart Factory Navigator is optimally positioned for the future and can establish its platform in the market in a targeted manner.
